Please read the booking conditions carefully. They set out to explain as clearly as possible the conditions which apply to bookings you make with  East Coast Golf Promotions.

Your contract

Your holiday booking is made on the terms set out below which detail our responsibilities to each other. The person who signs the booking form or requests the reservation is responsible on behalf of everyone included in the booking. Accommodation is to be occupied only by the persons included on the booking form. Your contract is governed by the laws of Ireland and any action which may arise under, in connection with, or in relation to the contract may be brought only in the courts of Ireland.

How To Make a Booking

When you make a booking you must complete a booking form, accepting on behalf of all members of the party, the terms of the booking conditions and pay a deposit of £50 or €65. The deposit is non refundable in the event of you cancelling.

A booking confirmation will be forwarded by us, showing all relevant details and the outstanding balance. The balance must be paid  on or before the balance due date which will be on the booking confirmation. If your holiday is booked within eight weeks of the departure date the full payment is due at the time of booking.

If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain any deposits paid and to apply cancellation charges as outlined

Changes by You

We will do our best to help you should you wish to change any details of your holiday after your holiday confirmation has been issued. If however we incur any charges from the ferry

company we reserve the right to pass these charges on to you. An administration fee of £20 will also be charged. Telephone us as soon as possible with any changes you wish to make and we can explain the exact position.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your inclusive holiday arrangements in whole or part after your booking has been confirmed, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible, and return any travel documents that have been issued. If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. These charges are

calculated from the scale below and are based on the total holiday price

Changes or Cancellations by us

It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes but we do make arrangements many months in advance and therefore it is possible that some minor changes may occur

We reserve the right to make changes to the booking at any time. In such an event we will advise you immediately. If the change is a major one (e.g  change of departure port, departure or return time change of more than 5 hours or a change of accommodation to a lesser category ) you will have a choice of the following.

A  Accepting the change of arrangements as notified to you.

B  accepting other arrangements from us with a notified cheaper price amendment

C Cancelling your holiday with a full refund

Compensation will not be payable if we are forced to cancel, or in any way change your arrangements due to war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, or any other reasons outside our control amounting to a Force Majeure

All  holidays are operated by scheduled carriers. Sailing times may change from those detailed in this brochure. Any such changes will be detailed on our holiday confirmation document

Misbehaviour

Under no circumstances are you entitled to sublet or share your accommodation with anyone other than those individuals shown on the final invoice.

East Coast Golf Promotions Ltd reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate without notice the holiday arrangements of any client whose behaviour is such that it is likely in our opinion to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to our other clients, employees, property, or to any third party.

Payment by Credit Car

We accept payment by Credit card. .However we reserve the right to make a 2% charge for any payment made.
